About Sarah
Vocal Coach, musical director and talent agent, supporting performers with honest guidance, practical coaching and industry insight.
I'm Sarah Jennings, director of The Noteworthy Approach. My work brings together vocal coaching, performance development and talent representation, all shaped by my experience as a teacher, musical director and agent.
Â
Whether I'm working with a young performer finding their feet, a singer rebuilding confidence or an artist preparing for auditions and professional opportunities, my aim is always the same; to offer thoughtful, practical support that helps each performer move forward with confidence and clarity.Â

My Background
I trained at the Royal Northern College of Music and began my professional life in music and performance before taking a step away from the industry to focus on raising our family and working within the family business. That time brought its own perspective and value, and when I returned to coaching and performer development, I did so with an even stronger sense of what good support, clear communication and personal encouragement can mean.

Since then, my work has spanned talent representation, vocal coaching, musical direction, teaching, composing, and arranging. Together, those roles allow me to support performers not just technically, but as individuals— whether they are building confidence, preparing for auditions or growing their craft over time.
How I Work
No two performers are the same and so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.  Some people come for vocal coaching, others are looking for professional representation, while many benefit from both as they develop their careers. Whether preparing for auditions, building confidence, navigating the industry or taking the next professional step, every journey is different.

My role is to meet you where you are, understand what you need and help you move forward with honesty, care and practical guidance. Whether that means regular coaching, focused audition support, representation or help navigating the next stage of your performing career, every relationship is shaped around the individual in front of me.
Why The Noteworthy Approach
The Noteworthy Approach grew from a belief that performers need more than a one-dimensional service. They need support that recognises the whole person— their voice, their skills, their confidence, their training, their ambitions and the stage they're at in their development.

By bringing coaching and representation together, I wanted to create something that feels both personal and professional: a space where performers can be challenged, encouraged and properly supported, whether they are just starting out or already working in the industry.
