Thoughtful, professional representation built around the individual performer.
At The Noteworthy Approach, representation is about more than securing opportunities.Â
Â
It is about understanding who you are as a performer, where you want to go and
how we can work together to build a sustainable career.
Representation That Starts With You
Individual representation
Representation shaped around you
as a performer—your strengths, individuality, ambitions and the direction you want your career to take.
01
Good representation is not one-size-fits all. Every performer brings different strengths, ambitions and experiences, and the relationship should reflect that.

At The Noteworthy Approach, representation begins with getting to know you—the work you want to pursue, the direction you want to take and the kind of career you hope to build. From there, we can make thoughtful decisions together about opportunities, development and the next steps in your career.
Honest communication
Clear, open communication is central to the relationship, with thoughtful guidance about opportunities, decisions and the realities of the industry.
02
Long-term development
The focus is not simply on the next job, but on building a sustainable career – recognising when to pursue an opportunity, when development may be valuable and when the right decision may be to say no.
03
Representation Across Stage & Screen
Theatre and live performance
Representation for professional theatre, musical theatre, touring productions, cruises and other live performance opportunities, with each submission considered in the context of the performer and their career.
01
The Noteworthy Approach represents performers and young performers across a range of professional work, with representation shaped around each individual's skills, experience and ambitions.
Film, television and commercials
Representation for screen opportunities across film, television and commercials, seeking work that reflects your casting, experience and the direction you want to develop.
02
Young performers
Thoughtful, age-appropriate representation for young performers, working closely with parents and guardians while keeping the young person's wellbeing, development and enjoyment at the heart of the process.
03
Working Together
Representation works best when it is a genuine partnership.
I see my role as more than putting performers forward for opportunities.Â
It is about knowing the people I represent well enough to understand their strengths, ambitions and the choices that are right for them.

That means open communication, thoughtful submissions and honest conversations along the way. There may be times when an opportunity isn't the right fit, and others when an unexpected opportunity could be an important next step.

My aim is to build a working relationship in which you feel supported,
informed and able to play an active part in the direction of your career.
Is The Noteworthy Approach Right for You?
Representation is a partnership, and finding the right fit matters on both sides.
The Noteworthy Approach is interested in working with performers who are serious about their craft, open to communication and committed to developing their careers.

You do not need to have followed one particular route into the industry. What matters is the performer you are now, the potential to develop and whether we feel we can build a productive working relationship together.

For young performers, the relationship with parents or guardians is equally important. Clear communication, realistic expectations and the wellbeing of the young person will always be central to the way we work.

It has to feel right — for both of us.
